Nuria Orsino, MSW

Manager of Victim Services

As Manager of Victim Services at PCA, Nuria is responsible for the recruitment, training, and supervision of Family Advocates, the Medical Liaison, and the Court Support Program Coordinator to ensure culturally sensitive, supportive services are offered to the victim children and their families. Nuria facilitates and participates in the monthly Case Conference Review with the Multi-disciplinary team. Nuria has conducted trainings with social workers, mental health and partner providers on the Children’s Advocacy Center model and our services.

Before coming to PCA in 2016, Nuria worked in Philadelphia’s child welfare system in prevention and foster/kinship care and adoptions for 10 years. As Manager of Victim Services, Nuria enjoys being able to support the entire family in their healing process. 

Nuria holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Temple University.
