Intake Services

Intake at the Philadelphia Children’s Alliance’s is the beginning of the process that leads to healing and justice for sexually abused children in Philadelphia. PCA’s Intake staff members receive all new referrals and work in collaboration with team members to schedule child forensic interviews and medical exams; provide safe and fun childcare on-site while children are waiting for their appointments; arrange, if necessary, for free transportation to PCA;  and field questions/concerns from caregivers prior to the date of the forensic interview.
