Nicole DeSain
Finance Director

As the Finance Director at Philadelphia Children’s Alliance, Nicole leads fiscal activities for the entire organization. She plays a key role in executive decision making, managing PCA’s day-to-day finances and implementing strategic budget initiatives.

Nicole ensures responsible stewardship for all private donor, corporate partner, government, and foundation funding. She also maintains organizational integrity in regards to the use of PCA's finances and advises on operational strategies for PCA’s various funding streams. 

Before coming to PCA in 2023, Nicole worked in finance for Philadelphia-based non-profits such as Philadelphia Youth Network, Children’s Literacy Initiative, and HelpHOPELive. She is a passionate advocate for the underserved, focused on bridging gaps of inequity for Philadelphia's children and families. 

Nicole received her CPA license in 2023. She studied Accounting at Penn State University and earned her Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Buffalo.
